As I’m still busy with my album, I’ve decided to put together three tracks that were initially made for it and release them together as an EP. It will be out in the coming months. For now, I’ve uploaded the first track to my SoundCloud account… I hope you like it and feel free to let me know what you think : )
I’ve also finally completed a new vocal single which I’m very excited about! The track is called “Safe” and it’s a collaboration between JPL (Joni Ljungqvist) and Cat Martin. More details including a release date and samples will be posted as soon as possible.
Thanks for reading.

Just a quick update on whats been happening lately…
Firstly, my remix of Susana’s “Unwind Me” is out now, you can grab it from iTunes, Beatport or anywhere else.
Next up is my remix of BT ft. Kirsty Hawkshaw – A Million Stars.
Doing this remix was really something special. BT has always been a major influence to me and my work since I started with electronic music so doing a remix for him was quite an honor. I’d go as far to say that out of all my remixes I’ve done so far, this one is probably my personal favorite : ) Release date should be around 1st August.
I’ve been working over the last few months on my first artist album as some of you may know. Actually its been a work in progress for over the past 2 years, a lot of the music I’ll be using on it I’ve been writing since 2008 even. Release date at the moment has been set for early next year, but we’ll see how it goes, I don’t intend to rush this. Its going to be around 12 tracks and all new / unheard records. There will be one previously released track on it (as the tracklisting stands at the moment, but that could change by tomorrow), but it will be a new and exclusive version tailored for the album.
I’ve also been busy with my first mix compilation for Black Hole’s First State Music label. It will be FSM’s first mix compilation to date so I’m quite excited about that!
I’ve made up a very special intro for it too, exclusive to the compilation, it wont be released separately.
Single wise, I’ve got “Luminate”, which was featured on In Trance We Trust vol. 17 pending a single release on First State Deep with a remix (which is TBC), and my collaboration with JPL, “Elsewhere”, which was featured on In Search Of Sunrise 9 pending a release as well on First State Music (remix TBC). Amex and I have just finished (yesterday actually) our followup to Moments, which is titled “Gecko”, a very different type of track from us both, and that will be out on First State Music too in the coming months but first released exclusively as part of a big and new compilation on Black Hole : ) Other collaborations planned are with Pierre Pienaar, Sequentia, Tom Fall and bunch of others! So there will be plenty to be released as I take around 4 months off at some point to focus solely on finishing the album.
Inspiration has been flowing VERY well lately and that’s thanks to some personal developments within my life.
An interesting life = interesting music.
I also recently did an interview for a local SA EDM blog, if you’d like to give it a read just use the link below : )

So that’s it for now. Been quite busy as you can see… Gig wise I’ll be performing at The Origin in Durban (South Africa) on the 29th July alongside Stoneface & Terminal (Euphonic Records, GR) and on the 5th August I’ll be headlining in Cape Town at club Carnage. Hope to see you there : )
Cheers for now,
Jason

Very pleased to announce that my collaboration with Joni Ljungqvist, “Elsewhere”, has been included on In Search Of Sunrise 9: India – Mixed by Richard Durand, out 6 June 2011. The single release as well as who will remix is still to be confirmed, but a very quick sample of what you can expect from the original mix is now up on my SoundCloud.
